High-Protein Berry Collagen Gummies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mixed berry juice (100% juice, no added sugar)
- 2 tbsp Great Lakes Wellness Pork Gelatin
- 1 scoop Great Lakes unflavored collagen peptides
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp lemon juice (for a slight tang & vitamin C boost)
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, pour the berry juice and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes to bloom.
- Turn the heat to low and stir gently until the gelatin fully dissolves (don’t let it boil!).
- Add the honey (or maple syrup) and lemon juice, stirring until combined.
- Remove from heat and pour the mixture into silicone molds or a shallow dish.
- Let it set in the fridge for 1-2 hours until firm.
- Pop out the gummies and enjoy! Store in the fridge for up to a week.
