Musashi Shred Rice Bubble Slice

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. In a heatproof bowl, melt the coconut oil and cooking chocolate together over a pan of boiling water.
  2. Once melted, mix the chocolate and coconut oil blend into the rice bubbles. Add the sugar-free marshmallows and dried cranberries.
  3. Drizzle 2 teaspoons of malt syrup over the mixture and combine well.
  4. Line a baking tray with baking paper and evenly spread the mixture across the tray, smoothing it out.
  5. Place the tray in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
  6. Once set, cut into desired serving sizes.
