Musashi Shred Rice Bubble Slice

Ingredients:
- 60g rice bubbles
- 20mls coconut oil
- 30g sugar-free marshmallows
- 34g Musashi Shred and Burn Chocolate Protein Powder
- 40g cooking chocolate
- 20g dried cranberries
- 2 tsp malt syrup
Method:
- In a heatproof bowl, melt the coconut oil and cooking chocolate together over a pan of boiling water.
- Once melted, mix the chocolate and coconut oil blend into the rice bubbles. Add the sugar-free marshmallows and dried cranberries.
- Drizzle 2 teaspoons of malt syrup over the mixture and combine well.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and evenly spread the mixture across the tray, smoothing it out.
- Place the tray in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
- Once set, cut into desired serving sizes.
