As a dietary supplement, mix each level scoop in 10-14 fl. oz. of water (adjust for taste preference) and shake well. On training days, consume 1 level scoop during exercise and 1 level scoop after exercise. On non-training days, consume 2 level scoops throughout the day. For best results, consume daily.

Very tasty! Once we worked out the units of measure we were all sorted. Might need a larger size or I might need to buy in bulk as it finished quickly as I train often..then my household get into it too! Might try other flavours too. Thank you!

Great taste, love this product.
i have been using this product for a few weeks. I had not used BCAAs before so did not know what to expect. I am an older guy (63) and I was sore after most workouts, spin classes or runs. Since taking Scivation Xtend there is little or no soreness the following day after a workout. I have used the mix before workouts or after workouts and the results have been the same. I think my strength has increased a little but this could also be because I am not as sore now. It is probably too early to tell whether the product will increase my strength. Overall, I am impressed with the product as it has definitely helped ease the soreness which means I can train harder than I did before. I ordered the Grape flavour and it is delicious. Will definitely buy again.
