Been using optimen for years and I can't be more satisfied with this. Try ot yourself to know how effective this one is

Yup good they just don't taste great lol
I was after a men's multi-vitamin. I had not read the produce details and assumed this product was another men's multivitamin. In the large 240 tablet size seemed reasonably competitive to other one-a-day multivitamins. However, please be aware that the product is also an amino-acid supplment. This means to get the optimum vitamin dosage you need to take 3 tablets a day (as described in the directions). So the product works out to be only 80 day supply. Considering I get my amino-acid requirements combined in other products, this was probably not the best value product to supplement my vitamin intake. I'll probably look for a basic multi-vitamin next time.
