Glucomannan is a dietary fibre and works in the intestines by absorbing water to form a bulky fibre. This helps slow the absorption of sugar and cholesterol from the gut, helping to regulate cholesterol and sugar levels plus promoting a feeling of satiety. Therefore enabling you to feel full for a longer period, and help keep cravings suppressed and hunger controlled.
Dose (adults):Take 3 capsules 1 to 2 times daily with at least 8 oz. of water 30 - 45 minutes before meal.
Store in a cool, dry place after opening.

Excellent Supplement, will be ordering more, and have told many friends about it to, well worth the try, I like opening the caps and mixxing with water before down the hatch!
Helpful in suppressing appetite and decreasing portion sizes. Stops me from being a piglet. I also use the powder but sometimes the capsules are a bit more convenient.
So far so good - It definitely helps with bowel movement but as it's early days I can't tell if the other benefits of these supplements work.
I'm undecided.... it didn't make me feel full like I expected... but I have lost weight and it helps with regular movements. May buy again to try over a longer period. 6 pills a day is a lot though.
Probably haven’t used it enough yet to judge reasonably.
