Our 100% Pure Magnesium Oil can also be applied under armpits to reduce body odor. It is a potent pain reliever too. Women can rely on Magnesium Oil for dealing with menopause and premenstrual syndrome as it has proven to be highly effective in easing the symptoms of PMS.

Aciea Pure Magnesium Oil can be applied to the skin or used in a foot bath. Simply apply one to three sprays onto skin, massage and repeat to cover arms, legs and any area needing special attention. For sensitive skin, begin with a low dosage and dilute if irritation occurs. A white salt residue may form on the skin where the Magnesium Oil has been applied and can be washed or wiped away with a damp cloth.
For a foot bath, pour 60 to 120ml of Magnesium Oil into a tub large enough to hold both feet when flat. Add only enough water to cover the tops of the toes and soak feet 15 to 20 minutes. After soaking rinse with water (if desired) or towel dry. Discard liquid after soaking.
Magnesium Oil is also a highly effective deodorant and can be sprayed under the arms and on the feet.

Yes, this may be added to their bath or rubbed on their skin. Most instructions are based on a 150 pound adult. Simply divide the recommended amount by 150 and multiply by your child’s weight to achieve the optium amount for them.

No, this is a common misconception. Magnesium Oil is a term used for a highly saturated solution of magnesium chloride in water. It just happens to present itself in an oil-like texture due to its hygroscopic nature (attracts water).

Can I use Magnesium Oil as a massage oil?
Yes, it helps melt away those knots and spasms whilst increasing the absorption of magnesium. You can customize your massage by adding essential oils. Shake the bottle to mix the liquids before spraying.
Will Magnesium Oil sting?
If used at full strength directly on the skin, people with very sensitive skin may experience some slight stinging – this will go away after you rinse it off. For people with very sensitive skin use a 50/50 dilution.

Good - used product before

I purchased this for night leg cramps, and it is working really well
Although this product reportedly has no oil, it feels extremely oil and leaves a horrible feel on your skin, at least in my experience. Did it work? Can't say, I had to stop using it.
Simply no change to the condition after 3 weeks of nightly application.I am going to continue for a little longer and evaluate. Wayne B.
I would like to comment on Customer Service. I was sent the wrong item.I ordered 355MLS of Magnesium Oil and they sent me 118MLS. Upon query they said 355MLS was not on stock and they have to order that for me. I eventually returned 118MLS and got the 355MLS. It is not a nice experience. By the way I have been using magnesium oil for a while now for muscle pain and it is doing good for me.
