5HTP and in particular the 160mg dosage is a staple for me. Helps me sleep alot more sounder as well as making me feel like I had a great sleep when I wake up but also gives me a bit of pep in the day. I don't have lows like I used to and it seems to have kerbed my 3 o'clockitis. I don't go without them.

I bought this product for my husband as he suffers from terrible anxiety and insomnia. Lately he has told me he is not so anxious and sleeping way better at night. He still has his off days but overall I think these tablets have really helped
Best time to take it is a couple of hours before you want to sleep. Hopefully on an empty stomach if you can. It helps me fall asleep, and keeps me asleep throughout the night. I have also noticed that I am not as hungry in general, which is a good outcome.
