Love this product, great flavour and helps to keep me active
Definitely keeps me going when using mid workout, I take half way through a long run (approx 20km) and it gets me home especially on the hills.

Good BSN Quality BCAA, tasty, unfortunately grape flavour isn't stocked, but Watermelon is the ticket. Aides well with maintaining lean mass while on calorie restriction. Would prefer if it wasn't a proprietary blend to know what your getting, but this is a top notch supplement still.
