It comes in an easy to take liquid format with natural fruit flavours. Quercetin is a flavonoid, usually found in nature with vitamin C. It helps increase the potential of vitamin C, provides additional antioxidant support and a healthy response to allergens.

Recommended Dosage: One serve = 6ml (just over 1 tsp)
Adults: 1 to 2 times daily
Children (9-13 years): 1 to 2 times daily
Children (4-8 years): Once daily or every other day

Well ive used this Company a few times now and the products are dispatched the same or next day and things arrive really quickly even though we dont live right in the city. This Vitamin C is the best for COVID also, high doses and Boom ! its really gives it a punch, just my families experience.
