Great Biotin calms my nerves from my copious amount of coffee / caffeine use. Biotin calms the nerves by building new Myelin sheaf around the nerves and Biotin also works in concert with Manganese,( NOT Magnesium) to protect the nerves from fat oxidation on the nerve endings.
