Vit A – retinoids are a group of fat-soluble compounds that look after your skin, vision, bone health and immune system. Moms-to-be, it’s a critical vitamin for a baby’s development in the womb. Deficiency symptoms are dry skin, acne, dry eyes, night blindness, delayed growth, poor wound healing and infections of the throat and chest.
Vit B1 - thiamine is a vitamin workhorse and helps the cells in your body convert food into energy. Symptoms like muscle weakness, tiredness and loss of appetite are signs of deficiency.
Vit B2 - riboflavin helps your body build red blood cells and gives you energy. Deficiency symptoms manifest in cracks at the corners of the mouth and lips, mouth ulcers, sore throat, scrotal dermatitis, red lips (not those without lipstick), itchy and watery, or bloodshot eyes.

Shake well before every use. Spray directly under the tongue and hold for 20 seconds before swallowing.
Store in a dry dark place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C / or refrigerate. Once opened use within 6 months.
