Take one serving (1 scoop) of Cellucor C4 Ripped mixed with 6 fl. oz. of water, 20-30 minutes before training. Once tolerance has been assessed and you're looking for an additional boost of energy, you can take one more serving (1 scoop).
Do not exceed 2 scoops of C4 Ripped Pre-Workout per day. Do not take within 6 hours of ingesting other stimulants, like caffeine. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated.

Mixes well, great taste
I love it. I've tried so many pre-workout but so far, this has been the most effective one for me. It also doesn't keep me up all night :)
I recently purchased C4 ripped from here when it arrived the seal was damaged which was a little dissapointing but the awesome team at supplements.co.nz were very understanding and apologetic they resent me a replacement product which I was very satisfied with so thanks again to the awesome team will defiantly purchase from you guys again HAPPY CUSTOMER
The total energy level will drain after few days of constant use. But take a break and use it again and youll be pumping iron again.
