For any kind of injury, pain, or swelling, to aid recovery from sports injuries, post-surgery, other conditions like arthritis, eczema, psoriasis, and sunburn.

USES: Strains and sprains; back and neck stiffness; sports injuries; pre-event warm-up; post-surgery recovery; during pregnancy for leg, foot, and back discomfort; for children's bumps and bruises.
Apply and rub in as required until fully absorbed. With dry and sensitive skin conditions and sunburn, apply to a small area first to test sensitivity. If massage is required, apply Hurt Creme first then use oil to reduce friction. Avoid sensitive areas and open wounds.

This crème is amazing.
Love this stuff: The Real Deal Hurt Crème. It is so good for strains and aches, bruising and sore feet, my husband’s bruised ribs etc. I have a son in the airforce who crushed his hand recently (- nothing broken, just bad bruising) and he used this. The medical team at Ohakea were so impressed with the healing of the bruising in 24 hours that they wanted to see what cream he had put on it. He had to take them some, and I never got it back! I bought some for my daughter to try for herself and others. She is a massage therapist and also into mountain running. I got another one for another son, who is in the Police and who had just run a half-marathon and was walking funny.
Excellent works a treat
I like using this to promote healing. In this case on my knee reconstruction post surgery and during rehab. I put it on several times a day.
