Found a real boost in energy kick in after a week of taking them.
I am 58 yrs old - have always been a gym person. This has definitely helped me increase my weight lifting in the gym even at my age. Might cause slight loose motion ... I am saying might because I am also taking other supplements that can also be the cause. However, because I have propensity towards constipation the product is helpful for me.
Could definitely notice it at the prescribed dose but it made me a bit edgy and confrontational so only take it on days when I am working out or riding. It definitely works!
