Calcium (as calcium carbonate, calciumc citrate, calcium gluconate):1,000mg
Magnesium (as magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate, magnesium gluconate): 400mg

My bones thank you for the Ca, My nervous system and endocrine system thank you for the Mg and Zn (and Ca). This product was the best value for money that I could find. I grind it in my spice grinder (along with my nuts and seeds) and add it to my smoothie. I don't know how to measure how absorbable it is but I am assmuing it is pretty good.
Unsure if supplement actually works but I feel better anyway
