Got this for my dad who has joint issues in his old age, and Flex helps a lot.
If you’ve never been taken the Animal Flex, most likely you do not even know the importance of this supplement and how helpful it actually is to your body, especially joints. I personally realized that fact when once I left without Flex for few days. The difference is huge! Try it once and you will know what I’m talking about.

Ive been taking this product on and off for the last 3 years, I decided that I would try and take it for 6 months straight, day in, day out. Well all I can say is, "wow" Animal have made a perfect product here, the only supplement that does what it says. My joints feel better, it doesn't hurt when I do dips, and my wrists aren't hurting as bad when I do muscle-ups either. All in all 10/10
