I've tried a few pre-workouts now and find that this one is the best for flavour and the energy it gives me.

I'm not one for mega strong pre-workouts. This is jsut the right amount for me. It gives me a big of a wake up at 5am and give me a bit more focus on my lifts. If you're someone who hates jitters and itchy skin. This is perfect. You get a minor tingle but nothing compared to some. Flavour wise, lets face it. All prework out has that sour taste but ON doesn't have that waxy artificial after taste. Easy to drink and easy on the gut.
Have loved this preworkout for a long time, best I've used and palatable. Love the blue raspberry and got the apple this time which is good too, punch one is not as good in my opinion though.
This was my second purchase of the optimum nutrition pre workout and I love it and it really works for me, once this bottle is done I’ll definitely be getting more
