This product ticks all the boxes for me, it tastes great and the its not too harsh on the throat when you drink it. I appreciate the flavours available but prefer the strawberry selection so far. I find that 1 scope is all I need to train( prefer Power lifting) and that will last me 2 hours of intense lifting, I find that I still have loads of energy after training so avoid taking it after 6pm or you'll be up all night. Easily a 5 STAR supp for me. CHEERS I enjoy the tingling feeling as its a good indication for me to start training, this will kick in about 15 mins after taking 1 scope
