For amino acids and energy, take one to two servings in the morning when you wake up. As a pre-workout, take as many as three servings about 30 minutes before your workout. For recovery, take one or two servings immediately post-workout. Remember: each serving does contain 50mg of caffeine, so don't take it too late in the day.

I am so glad my brother told me about this product. I use it as pre work out, I works like magic for me, I get so charged and in result I get excellent work out, I don't like taking caffeine stimulants and this one has natural caffeine. I did get stomach upset for few days but now it's all good. Best thing you can find for pre work out. Thanks, K
