Elite Ion-Power is the only electrolyte in its class athletes can add to their hydration system or water bottle that allows them to replace the electrolytes they lose during activity while maintaining complete control over the amount of carbs they consume.
Why Elite Ion-Power?
Add 2.5ml Elite Ion-Power to a litre of water to be consumed within 24 hours. Maximum Daily Dose (MDD) is 2.5ml.
Storage
Take only as directed. Nutritional supplements should be stored in a cool, dry place, with caps tightly closed, and out of reach from children.

Daughter using it to try and combat electrolyte deficiency which causes heart palpatations. Appears to be making some difference

Really works, instead of water going in one end and straight out the other, it actually stays in now and so I no longer feel tires (etc). Now that I've tried it, I'll be buying the bigger bottles.
Have used this product for the past year, and it's great. I combine the electrolyte with the CMD, and put it into my water everyday. All together it keeps me hydrated & added minerals are just the perfect combination.
Very happy to have found this as all the other electrolytes I've tried are just more calories I don't need, and some were just lolly water. As a larger guy I've been looking for a supp with less calories in them and this could be it. Taste is different, but not unpleasant and it doesn't seem to affect my IF in the mornings too. Cheers
