Melrose Original MCT is for anyone who wants to fuel their mental and physical performance and is the best option for everyday use or anytime when extra energy is needed. Designed to support general health and performance, Melrose Original MCT is great for those who are following a ketogenic diet. Suitable for Vegans, GM Free, Gluten Free, Soy Free. Melrose MCT is made with only the best part of the coconut. We use 100% coconut oil in our MCT, that is free of herbicides, pesticides and is sustainably farmed in the Phillipines and bottled in Australia. We scrutinize and test every step of the way to meet our high-quality standards. We choose to use Coconut Oil rather than Palm Oil due to the associated negative ecological effects caused by Palm Oil plantations.
Start with 1 teaspoon per day. After one week, slowly increase dosage to 1-2 teaspoons daily.
Cautions: Discontinue use if you experience nausea, diarrhoea, abdominal cramps, or other gastrointestinal discomfort. Consult a doctor before use if you have diabetes, cirrhosis, acidosis, or liver problems. For adults only. Keep out of reach of children.

This is a pretty standardised product but I do really like that the cap on this bottle leads to a great reduction in oil leaking anywhere. Other bottles with a screw-on cap tend to leave me a lot more residue. Cheers

On keto this stuff is amazing no taste and makes having keto coffee out and about much easier. I take this and some cream order a long black drink a bit out and add MCT oil and cream keto coffee done stay full for longer awesome product highly recommended
Before this product I was using Brain Octane MCT oil, which I loved. It was out of stock everywhere so tried the Melrose MCT oil instead. Melrose is a lot cheaper to buy but to me it tastes/acts exactly the same as the Brain Octane version. I add just a tsp to my coffee mid morning when I need a little boost and it's great, gives you that little bit of hyper alertness without any jitters! Definitely recommend.
