Have been using oregano oil for over 20 years when getting a cold/flu and it is always excellent in boosting immunity super fast. A few drops under the tongue and then drink a glass of water. Not particularly pleasant, but works. Always used to get it from overseas, so it is finally good to get it locally in NZ. Also, great to have it as a blend, as pure one is too strong to use directly.
