Brewer’s yeast has naturally occurring protein and several B-vitamins. It is produced by cultivation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae in the production of beer. After fermentation, the yeast is separated from the beer, roller dried and debittered. NOW® Brewer's Yeast delivers the natural nutrient profile found in genuine whole foods.
Suggested Use: Take 2 tablespoons daily mixed in milk, cereal or juice. Also add to cooking and baking recipes to boost nutritional content.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place after opening.

I got these to add to drinks and cookies for lactation support and they have been amazing. Great size container, seals well. Taste is hardly noticeable when added to other things, gives great results though. Will be ordering more!
It is not very delicious but i am using it to increase my lactation so hopefully it works.
