I swear by this product. It gives me the energy I need prior to training in the afternoon. Sometimes I don't even need a pre workout supplement.
My favourite flavour out of all: vanilla. Not too sweet. And regarding he product itself, love it. I am full of energy before exercise and feel more tight and toned after weeks of using it, with a healthy diet and daily exercise that includes cardio and weights of course!

Vanilla flavour is lovely added to coffee or as a shot before training definatly noticed a increase of energy from this and love that it's no stym so I can have at night will be getting more of this looking forward to trying other flavours👍
