It is definitely a good appetite suppressor. I tried a few others with no effects, so this is quite helpful for me.
This product is fantastic, but you have to take as recommended. When I first purchased it, I took them haphazardly, expecting to notice a change and when nothing happened immediately, I shelved them for ages. Then in my frustration, decided to try them again. This time I used them as recommended (3 times daily before food) and I discovered how effective they are! I have noticed reduced appetite, more feeling of fullness, better muscle definition and my favourite benefit – an increased (but sustained) mood through out the entire day and no crashes. I’ve tried several supplements including fat burners and this is the best I’ve found so far, with no side effects. It pays to persevere with this product, you may not notice a difference for 3-4 days but if you persist, 3 times daily I’m sure you will notice a difference. I’m now on about my 6th box of tablets.
Really helps with suppressing appitite so it’s a lot easier to make healthier food choices.

I am extremely impressed in this product. When it says that it suppresses your appetite, it really does! It also gave me alot of energy which was great for getting back into my fitness. Happy and will definitely buy again
