The pre workout itself is great, have brought 3 tubs now but decided to try the fruit punch flavour this time and i could not regret it more, would not recommend. It tastes like cough medicine and not the tasty kids flavour. Stick with the blue raspberry, that is what i shall be getting again next time. 4/5 stars for the effective ness of the product, -1 star for the fruit punch flavour.
