Carbohydrates for energy
Endura Rehydration Performance Fuel is a 6% carbohydrate formula providing 20 g of carbohydrates per dose as recommended for intense exercise or exercise lasting longer than 1 hour. The combination of fructose and maltodextrin improves carbohydrate absorption and fluid uptake.
For people who are carbohydrate/calorie conscious, following weight management programs or specific sports conditioning plans who want to support specific body composition, consider Endura Rehydration Low Carb Fuel.
Magnesium for muscles
Endura Rehydration Performance Fuel contains the exclusive and easily absorbed Meta Mag® Magnesium. Magnesium is an essential mineral for athletes to prevent muscular cramps and spasms and relieve aches and pain.
Magnesium:
Magnesium deficiency is very common and exercise increases magnesium loss. Research has shown that magnesium deficiency may reduce physical performance, exercise capacity and contribute to muscle cramps and weakness. A common side effect of magnesium supplementation is digestive upset. However, Rehydration Performance Fuel contains a patented form of magnesium (Meta Mag®) that ensures higher absorption and bioavailability with a low risk of adverse gastrointestinal effects.

During exercise (Isotonic): Take 1 rounded scoop (25 g) with 350 mL of water. Drink 1 to 2 doses 30 minutes before exercise and one dose during each hour of exercise (up to four doses per day) or as directed by a healthcare professional.
In preparation for exercise/magnesium and carbohydrate loading (Hypertonic): Take 1 rounded scoop (25 g) with 200 mL of water. Drink one dose three times per day, 2 to 3 days before an event to maximise muscle magnesium and endurance.
For daily hydration (Isotonic): Take 1 rounded scoop (25 g) with 350 mL of water. Take as required, up to four doses per day.
Or take as directed by a healthcare professional.

The rehydration is great during a workout. Previously I was fatigued after leaving the gym, now I feel great. I have a sip of Endura between sets and find I don't tire so quickly. It might not be the case for some, works for me.
