Good Health Turmeric 15800 Complex is a potent, comprehensive formula combining Turmeric’s scientifically proven active ingredient, Curcumin, with BioPerine® (black pepper) and the three Ayurvedic herbs, Boswellia, Ginger & Ashwagandha.
The antioxidant and immune supporting action of curcumin means that it supports joint, cardiovascular, digestive, and nervous system health, as well as overall wellbeing.
As curcumin on its own is not well absorbed, we have formulated Good Health Turmeric 15800 Complex with BioPerine to substantially improve the absorption of curcumin into the body. BioPerine® has been proven to increase the absorption of curcumin by up to 20 times.

The capsules were quite large, but were not a problem to swallow. I had been warned about side effects like skin rashes, etc., but did not have any problems. The arthritis in my knees is still painful, but after taking them for about a month the generalised aches and pains in my shoulders, lower back etc. are much less. And the price of these capsules from your website was about half the cost in my local pharmacy.
