Eat Me Creatine Monohydrate 500g

About Supplements.co.nz Eat Me Creatine Monohydrate

What is Eat Me Supplements Creatine Monohydrate?

Creatine is a natural substance found in the human body. It is essential to life, and the average adult has 80 - 130 grams of creatine in his or her body.

Creatine plays a vital role in transporting energy within each of the body’s trillions of cells – in skeletal muscles, the heart, brain, and other organs. As well as acting as an energy carrier, creatine almost certainly has other benefits that scientists do not yet fully understand. Many researchers believe creatine is important for the function of organs including the brain, and for general health. It also improves performance and aids recovery in both training and competition.

Taking creatine, even in the short term, may significantly increase your strength, endurance, concentration, and recovery. Creatine may also help support your immune system.

Who is Eat Me Supplements Creatine Monohydrate for?

Here are some groups of people who may benefit from Creatine:

Athletes or bodybuilders? Creatine isn’t just for Bodybuilders and Fitness Athletes. It is the perfect supplement for all sports that require repeated bursts of maximum power – such as Soccer, Basketball, Football, Baseball, Hockey, Swimming, Track and Field, and many more. To consistently perform at your highest level, you need a sufficient amount of creatine in your body.

Older adults? As we age, we can also benefit from taking Creatine Mono. In combination with moderate resistance training, Creatine helps to stop the age-related loss of muscle mass, and strength and improves mental activity.

Improving sleep and brain function? Did you know several scientific studies indicate that creatine has even more beneficial effects, which have been shown in the following categories: Brain function, sleep (better quality of sleep and decreased sleep demand), antioxidative properties, and bone health.

Vegetarian or Vegan? Vegetarians and Vegans show lower muscle creatine stores compared to people who eat meat.

BENEFITS:

  • Build Lean Muscle
  • Increase Strength & Speed
  • Improve Recovery
  • 500g/100g Servings

Directions

Suggested Use: Take 3–5 grams of creatine monohydrate daily to replace what your body uses every day. You can personalize the rate within the range provided based on your size, muscle mass, and activity level. Creatine can be used at any time of day, but you may benefit from taking the product immediately after exercise or in the morning. A loading phase is not required. However if you would like to quickly build up levels of creatine your body, you may follow the loading phase:

Load with one serve, four times a day spaced out over the day for the first five days. Follow this with a maintenance phase of 5 grams, twice per day. On workout days, take creatine 30 minutes prior to and 30 minutes after your workout.

Side Effects and Warnings: Creatine monohydrate is safe to take as a dietary supplement.

The only documented side effect of creatine supplementation is a slight weight gain. At first, this is due to increased water retention in the muscle, and later to an increase in actual muscle mass – which is generally welcomed, of course, by athletes.

If you have high blood pressure consult a medical professional to confirm it is safe for you to take creatine monohydrate.
