Really easy to swallow especially with other supplements. Was using 300mg and have felt no negative impacts in terms of gym training. Fighting the side effects of taking Statin medication I can personally recommend taking COQ10, and sourced from a local company too!

This was my first time trying COQ10 and I had an allergic reaction immediately after using - tried again a week later & same thing happened (severe rash & itchiness & sore throat). I can be quite sensitive to supplements but was surprised it happened with this, though I know for most people it's fine.
