Adults Only: Dissolve 5g (equiv to 1 level teaspoon) in 300mL of water and drink immediately. Best taken in the morning and at lunch time.
For use as a Thermogenic: Mix 1x5g (equiv to 1 level teaspoon) with 300ml water in the morning and 1x5g (equiv to 1 level teaspoon) with 300ml water before lunch.
For use as a Pre Trainer: Mix 1x10g (equiv. to 2 level teaspoons) with 600ml water and consume 20 minutes before a workout.

The product works extremely well. After being ill for a long period and gaining weight I found this product was very effective in helping me trim back down once I was back training. Have used several times.
Love the taste of this. Having purchased different flavours before, I knew what to expect and was not disappointed. Works wonderfully, and that taste? It gets 2 thumbs up from me. It's not quite as good as my homebrew passionfruit and lime beer but then what is? :-D The only thing I can think of that isn't positive is the particles that don't dissolve sitting at the bottom of my vessel. Not a biggie, just something to note. Overall, very happy with this.

Great, I love the feeling and the blue lemonade is delicious. Best flavoured fat burner ever. Still early days to see how effective it is on the fat loss side but I’m in week two and it’s helping me with healthy eating raw foods only I look forward to seeing how far I come. I’m not feeling the need to snack on carbs (I love me my toast) or lollies or biscuits anymore. I don’t feel the jitters like I’ve felt on others or get any case of anxiety and am sleeping better too (I’m a terrible sleeper normally). Every product is different for everyone but this works for me perfectly.
Never ever disappoints, only products to do what they say they do.
