HOW TO WEAR

1. Loosely attach straps to support. Pull support over the arm towards the elbow.
2. Position elbow into the pocket of support. 
3. Adjust closures until support fits firmly, yet comfortably.

 

HOW TO WASH

Care Instructions: Close strap fastener before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.

DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach, or fabric softeners.
