Some people have low vitamin B levels because they exercise intensely or lead stressful lifestyles; others have restrictive diets or are fussy eaters or have low stomach acid; others drink alcohol, take pharmaceutical drugs, or eat processed and high-sugar/high-carb foods; and others have genetics that do not allow them to convert B vitamins adequately into their active forms.
B-Complex Liposomal Activated effectively delivers B vitamins in liposomes. It includes benfotiamine as a fat-soluble version of vitamin B1 that is better absorbed than regular vitamin B1 (thiamine) and is more effective for mental health. Activated forms of vitamin B6 (5P5), vitamin B9 (methylfolate) and vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) are included for those who do not activate B vitamins well.
