1. Entry is open to all Australianand New Zealandresidents aged 18 years or over.Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its contractors and agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter. “Immediate family” means spouse, parent, grand parent, aunt/uncle, natural or adopted child, sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), first cousins, whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manger, employee, officer or contractor.

2. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. 3. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

11. Entries will be entered into theDaily Draw applicable to theday their entry was received by the Promoter. All eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered in the Major Draw according to the entrant’s country of residence i.e. Australia or New Zealand.

12. Thedrawnwinners will be contacted by email within two (2) business days of the draw. The Prize winners willalsobe published atwww.levlup.com/en-aufrom18 June 2024, for a minimum of 30 days.

15. Onceaclaim is received by the Promoter, allow 28 days for receipt of prize.

16. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

17. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.

18. A draw for any unclaimed prizes will take place on18 September2024 at the same time and place as the original Prize draw/s, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winner/s inan unclaimed prize draw will be notified in writingwithin two (2) business days of the draw. Winner/s ofanyprizeredrawnwill also benotified by phone andpublished atwww.levlup.com/en-aufrom25September2024, for a minimum of 30 days.

19. For all prize draws the Promoter reserves the right to draw the equivalent number of additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

20. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
